We never use artificial thickeners or synthetic flavorings. If it says strawberry, it's colored and flavored by real, ripe strawberries.

What makes our ice cream taste so different? It's all about the 'overrun'βthe amount of air whipped into the ice cream. Mass-produced ice creams are often pumped full of air (sometimes up to 100%!) to make them cheaper to produce.
